2. Services
Surpise Productions, LLC provides professional media production and related services as described in proposals, statements of work, or signed agreements. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in those documents. While Surpise Productions, LLC works to meet agreed schedules, dates may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, such as venue access, weather, or third-party platform policies.
3. Payment

4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for the applicable scope, client rights to final deliverables are as stated in your agreement—typically a license to use the finished video or media for agreed purposes. Surpise Productions, LLC may retain rights to underlying templates, internal tools, and pre-existing materials, and may use non-confidential work samples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Production and live events involve inherent variables. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surpise Productions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid to Surpise Productions, LLC for that project, except where prohibited by law.
6. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as specified in the written agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed and for any non-refundable costs already incurred.
